This all levels flow will do all the things yoga does. It will get your heart rate up a bit 'cause it's my "vinyasa medium" flow. It will drop you out of your head & into your body AND it will get you breathing deep, slow, & expansive breaths. This flow also calls you to step onto your mat to strengthen your ability to show up for yourself. And not just show up in "any old way" but with gentleness, humor, love & respect. We must do this for ourselves. We must have a practice of honoring our yes's & our no's. When we do this for ourselves we will do this for our brothers & sisters.
